Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately, Scentuous Pleasures does not offer refunds. Please make sure you read the scent notes thoroughly, and check your order for quantity and sizing at checkout to ensure you are selecting the correct product and/or scent.
Exchanges will be made if you receive items that are damaged and/or defective. If you need to exchange an item due to damage and/or a defect, the exchange will be for the same product and/or scent.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or
defective. We strive to provide our customers with superior quality products, but we understand that things happen.
Send a picture of the damaged product along with a screenshot of the shipping label to our email address at: info@scentuouspleasures.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Your item will be replaced with the same item (no exceptions).
Shipping Policy
Our candles are handmade in small batches in Maryland with love and care. As a small business, we do not keep a large inventory.
So, it may take us a little longer to prepare and ship your order. Please expect a lead time of approximately 5 business days (longer during high demand times, such as holidays) for your order to be fulfilled once received.

We only ship orders within the United States at this time. We ship most orders via UPS and USPS. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs+ fees for orders under
$125.00.
Please check your address before completing your order! Scentuous Pleasures is not responsible for delayed transit times, nor packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Scentuous Pleasures is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We are happy to reship your package to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
